Product Overview
This ground control panel is purpose-built as a direct replacement terminal for XCMG truck crane electrical systems. Mounted on the lower carriage of the crane, it serves as the primary ground-level interface for load moment indicator configuration and basic crane movement control. It enables operators and service technicians to set working parameters, monitor crane status, and perform diagnostic checks without entering the upper cab, streamlining setup and maintenance workflows on job sites.
Functional Design & Controls
The panel features a clear 4-segment digital display that shows real-time operating data, including boom extension length, luffing angle, and load percentage values transmitted via the on-board CAN bus. The central cross-direction navigation pad allows intuitive menu navigation and parameter adjustment, while dedicated function keys cover core operations such as boom telescoping, luffing control, slewing, and speed mode selection between low and high speed.
A dedicated TEST button activates system diagnostic mode for fault code reading and parameter calibration, supporting on-site troubleshooting. The prominent red emergency stop button cuts off all crane motion outputs immediately when triggered, a critical safety feature compliant with global construction equipment safety standards.
Model Compatibility
This control panel matches the original factory specifications for XCMG QY series hydraulic truck cranes, covering 25-ton to 100-ton class models including QY25K, QY30K, QY50K, QY70K, and QY100K. It is also compatible with selected XCT series mobile cranes that share the same CAN bus control architecture. The mounting hole positions, electrical connector pinout, and communication protocol are fully consistent with the original unit, enabling plug-and-play installation without wiring modifications.
Durability & Site Adaptability
Constructed with a reinforced aluminum alloy mounting frame and a high-impact polymer front fascia, the panel is engineered to withstand constant vibration, dust exposure, and temperature fluctuations typical of construction and mining sites. The front panel carries an IP65 ingress protection rating against dust and water splash, and the component selection supports stable operation across an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, ensuring reliable performance in varied climate conditions worldwide.
