This is an original XCMG pilot hydraulic control valve assembly, purpose-built for the pilot circuit on GR series motor graders. It works as the pressure regulation and distribution hub for the entire hydraulic control system, delivering steady pilot pressure to actuate the main valves for blade lift, tilt, angle shift, scarifier operation and steering. A worn or faulty pilot valve will cause delayed response, imprecise blade positioning and inconsistent machine performance — this factory-spec unit restores the original control feel and reliability.

Build & Features

The whole unit is constructed on a precision-machined manifold block, with all internal oil passages machined to original factory tolerances for stable flow and minimal pressure drop. It comes fully assembled and pre-tested from the factory, ready for direct bolt-on installation without on-site disassembly or calibration.

• Built-in accumulator: The spherical diaphragm accumulator on the inlet side absorbs pressure spikes from the main pump, evens out pilot pressure under changing loads, and maintains short-term pressure reserve for emergency operation.

• 3 solenoid control valves: Three sealed solenoid valves handle electrical switching of pilot circuits, with original-spec electrical connectors for true plug-and-play fitment.

• Manual override function: A mechanical operating knob on the valve face allows manual actuation for on-site troubleshooting and testing, even without electrical power.

• Factory matched dimensions: All mounting holes, oil ports and thread standards follow original equipment dimensions. No modification, adapter plates or rework of hydraulic lines are required for replacement.
