Product Overview
The WG2/SLEW signal processing board is a core PCB assembly built for crane slewing mechanism control and load moment protection systems. It functions as the dedicated signal processing node between the rotary angle sensor and the crane’s main vehicle control system: it receives raw angle signals from the field sensor, carries out professional conditioning and calculation, and outputs standardized slewing angle data to the upper control architecture.
This control board adopts industrial-grade circuit design and component selection, paired with an onboard aluminum heat dissipation structure. It delivers stable and reliable performance under long continuous operation, jobsite vibration, and complex electromagnetic interference, and serves as a critical component to ensure accurate crane slewing angle monitoring and valid load moment control.
Core Working Functions
Accepts both analog and digital input signals from the rotary angle sensor mounted on the slewing gear
Performs real-time signal filtering, zero calibration and linear compensation to eliminate data drift caused by jobsite vibration and electrical noise
Delivers processed, high-precision slewing angle data to the crane’s load moment indicator (LMI) system and main controller
Supports on-site parameter debugging, status monitoring and firmware update via reserved dedicated ports
Interface Configuration
CAN-IN Port
Standard CAN bus communication interface for stable, high-speed data transmission between the board and the vehicle main control system. It features strong anti-interference capability and fits long-distance signal transmission in complex industrial environments.
Serial Debug Port
Reserved serial interface for equipment maintenance, used by service technicians for on-site fault troubleshooting, real-time signal data reading and operating status monitoring.
openProg Programming Port
Dedicated program flashing interface that supports firmware burning, function parameter configuration and software version upgrade without removing the board from equipment, reducing later maintenance difficulty and downtime.
Key Design Features
Onboard integrated aluminum heat sink structure, effectively lowering core chip operating temperature and ensuring long-term stable operation
