Product Overview

The 220310-B is a heavy-duty shear-type rubber engine mount built for 5-ton class wheel loaders and comparable heavy construction equipment. It sits between the powertrain (engine or transmission assembly) and the machine frame, working as the core vibration damping component for the entire power system.

Diesel engines produce steady vibration at idle, and loading/dumping cycles add sudden impact shock during daily operation. This mount absorbs these forces before they transfer to the main chassis, slowing down structural fatigue, preventing fasteners from loosening, and reducing wear on sensitive hydraulic valves and electrical parts. It also cuts down structure-borne noise inside the operator cabin for better working comfort.

Build & Material

This mount uses a fully embedded high-strength steel skeleton, bonded to premium natural rubber through a high-temperature vulcanization process. This molecular-level bond eliminates delamination between rubber and metal, even under extreme load and chassis twist on uneven job sites.

Both side mounting flanges (with bolt holes) and the center threaded insert are machined to match original equipment dimensions, making it a direct drop-in replacement with no modification needed. The rubber compound is formulated specifically for off-highway applications, with solid resistance to engine oil, hydraulic fluid, ozone and wide temperature swings.
